Dara were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods (mean and percent) and analytical tesrs such as T-test and Chi-squre. P-value under 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The mean age of patients with urinary incontinence was 43.10 ± 11.89 years. Average number of parity in case group was higher than the control group (3.81 ± 1.26 vs 1.98 ±0.75) and statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups (p=0.0001 ). Patients in both groups had no significant differences considering diabetes, hypertension, menopause and hormon replacement therapy. But there was statistically significant differences in type of delivery between the two groups (p=0.0001). Conclusion: It was observed that urinary incontinence in women with higher parity and vaginal delivery was higher than the control group. It seems that these two factors are the main risk factors for urinary incontinence in women.
